Refund rules for digital products
Digital Product Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to digital products, downloadable materials, templates, starter kits, guides, vault access, digital bonuses, and similar non-physical items sold or delivered by EarnPortal BRIDGE, BizProsper International, LionRabbit Logistics Services, or related channels.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after delivery, sales are generally final once access links, files, downloads, login details, or buyer-access folders have been delivered.
3. When Review May Be Considered
- Duplicate payment for the same product by the same buyer.
- Payment confirmed but no access was delivered after reasonable support follow-up.
- Wrong product access delivered due to seller-side error.
- Other exceptional cases approved in writing after review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, failure to read the offer page, refusal to follow access instructions, device or internet limitations, inability to implement the material, or expected business results not being achieved.
5. Assisted Setup and Services
Assisted setup, consulting, coordination, readiness support, or service-based offers may have separate written terms depending on the scope, work already performed, third-party costs, and provider commitments.
6. Request Window
Any refund or correction request should be sent within seven calendar days from payment or delivery, together with payment proof, buyer name, contact details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
